(1) This is the online donation platform of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, headquartered in Wong Fung Ling Memorial Building, 12 Po Yan Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
(2) Donation of HK$100 or more to Tung Wah Group of Hospitals is tax deductible (Applicable to Hong Kong residents).
(3) The personal data provided by you in this form will be used only in processing the donation transaction, issuance of receipt and sending of TWGHs fund-raising information. The personal data will be disclosed to staff member(s) of Tung Wah and the related bank(s) on a need-to-know basis. TWGHs Fund-raising Division (“the Division”) shall comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in handling and keeping your personal data. TWGHs will not sell your personal data to any third party. The Division intends to use your personal data (name and contact details) for handling your donation instruction, and promotional purposes including future correspondences, fund-raising appeals, promotional activities, corporate communications or conducting survey.
