Name of Event	：	Charity Gala – Charity Rides 2019
Date	：	8 November 2019 (Friday)
Time	：	6am – 12 midnight
Purpose	：	All proceeds will be donated to TWGHs for the development of various services.
Donation	：	Take a ride on participating minibuses / taxi (Click here for the list) or Donate at the designated minibus stations (Locations) or Online Donation by VISA/ MASTERCARD, PayPal or Octopus For donation through BOCHK E-Donate platform on 8 November, donor will receive an iBakery discount coupon, which will be sent by surface mail to the registered address provided in the platform.
Remarks	：	Donation of HK$100 or above to TWGHs is tax deductible. The personal data provided in the donation page will only be used for handling donation, as well as issuance of donation receipt, and will only be made accessible to staff of TWGHs and banks staff who need to work on the donation. Your provision of personal data to TWGHs is on a voluntary basis. However, if you cannot provide sufficient data, TWGHs may not be able to process your donation.

All direct expenses of fund-raising events have been sponsored by TWGHs Board of Directors and Title Sponsors of the events and no administrative costs will be deducted from the donations of the general public to ensure all public donations will go directly to our services.
