Event Cancellation Notice

Considering the worsening COVID situation in Hong Kong and the latest social gathering measures announced by the Government to contain the pandemic, Tung Wah Group of Hospitals (“TWGHs”) will cancel the activity “LGT Private Banking proudly presents：TWGHs Chinese New Year Charity Night”.

Those who have purchased the event tickets can choose one of the Ticketing or Refund Request Options below from now until 18 March 2022(Friday):

1. Donate, and request the re-issue of Hong Kong Disneyland 1-Day Admission Ticket * and coupon pack^# ; or
2. Donate all funds to support the TWGHs Development Funds for Kwong Wah Hospital Redevelopment Project, but request no re-issue of Hong Kong Disneyland tickets; or
3. Refund

Participants are requested to complete the Ticketing or Refund Request Options and return to TWGHs by 18 March 2022.

2. Download and fill the below Ticketing / Refund Form, and return by fax (Fax No. 2559 6835) or email (frdfru3@tungwah.org.hk)

All replies shall be submitted on or before 18 March 2022. Non-respondent will be viewed as donating all funds to support the TWGHs Development Funds for Kwong Wah Hospital Redevelopment Project and no need to re-issue the Hong Kong Disneyland tickets.

*Hong Kong Disneyland 1-Day Admission Ticket is valid for one visit to the Park between June 1, 2022 and November 30, 2022.  Please visit Hong Kong Disneyland Official Website for the operation calendar and park visit details.
#Coupon pack includes one Hong Kong Disneyland 2-in-1 meal coupon and one HK$100 Shopping Voucher.

Remarks: Participants who bought tickets through TWGHs affiliated schools are not required to fill the above forms. Please contact and reply the affiliated schools for above matters.
