Tung Wah Group of Hospitals

To celebrate the 25^th Anniversary of its brand “YES!”, YES Culture Co., Ltd. is going to organize their “YES! 25th Anniversary Concert” on 3 June 2016 at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre Hall 5BC and donate a number of VIP tickets to Tung Wah Group of Hospitals for charity use. The proceeds will be used in support of the development of its various services.

We therefore earnestly appeal to you for your support in this meaningful campaign. Limited charity tickets are available on a first come, first served basis. Please act now!

Support	：	Donation for Charity Tickets Each $1,280 donation for a Charity Ticket Please send the completed Donation Form to our Fund-raising Division
Remarks	：	Donation of HK$100 or more to Tung Wah Group of Hospitals is tax deductible (Applicable to Hong Kong residents). Concert will be conducted in Cantonese. Tickets are available for order on a first come, first served basis. Confirmation will be given to successful applicants and tickets will be sent out on or before mid-May 2016 by courier at weekday day-time. Due to limited capacity, only order with Hong Kong delivery address is accepted. Please ensure your delivery address(es) is complete and accurate. TWGHs will not be responsible for delivery delays or loss due to improper address provided. Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, not for transfer or resell. If found, resold or transferred tickets will be voided. Each person can only purchase a maximum total of 4 tickets.
