员工关系及发展 EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND DEVELOPMENT 173 与东华三院共创愉快难忘经历 Creating Joyful and Memorable Experiences with TWGHs 东华三院是一个充满活力与动感的机构，全年举 办多项不同类型的文娱康乐活动，例如体育竞赛、 聚餐、联欢会、消闲活动、兴趣班等，带领员工 步入生活与工作平衡的健康模式。 由董事局成员、员工及亲友、学生及服务使用者 组成的东华三院马拉松队，参与在2023年2月12 日举行的「渣打香港马拉松」赛事，充分展现各人 的毅力。另外，为祈求员工足球队于新一年集训 顺利，本院于2022年8月27日举行 「东华三院足 球队集训开展仪式暨夏日挑战赛」。马清扬主席联 同董事局成员和高级职员主持开展仪式，分别由 马清扬主席和韦浩文副主席担任队长，与出席嘉 宾及足球队教练分成两队进行「东华传承竞技赛」。 热身赛过后，东华足球队分成两队对垒，进行激 烈的夏日挑战赛，为新球季集训揭开序幕，彰显 东华团队精神。 As a vibrant and energetic organisation, TWGHs strives to help staff members maintain a healthy work-life balance by organising various social and recreational activities, such as sports competitions, social gatherings, parties, leisure activities and interest classes. The TWGHs Marathon team comprising Board Members, staff members, their families and friends, students and service users of the Group took part in the “Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon” on 12 February 2023, where everyone fully demonstrated their perseverance. In addition, to wish the TWGHs Staff Football Team a successful year 2022/2023, the “TWGHs Staff Football Team Kick-off Ceremony of Practice Session cum Challenge Match” was held on 27 August 2022. Mr. MA Ching Yeung, Philip, the Chairman, Board Members and senior staff officiated at the Kick-off Ceremony, followed by a warm-up game between two teams formed by the guests and coaches and led by Mr. MA Ching Yeung, Philip, the Chairman, and Mr. WAI Ho Man, Herman, Vice-Chairman. TWGHs actively explores opportunities for a wide array of preferential staff discounts. Staff members can enjoy various discounts offered from TWGHs shops and other suppliers on services and products, such as healthcare and medical products, dining services, travelling and leisure activities, fashion and lifestyle products, electronic technology products, and financial and insurance services.
