WONG Kam Sing, GBS, JP (right 5), the then Secretary for Environment, Miss TSE Siu Wa, Janice, JP (right 7), Permanent Secretary for Environment and Ecology (Environment) (formerly named Permanent Secretary for the Environment) cum Director of Environmental Protection, and Mr. Franklin YU (right 8), Chairman of the Green Building Award 2021 Organising Committee.
