Administration Clerk

Location: Chai Wan/Lam Tin/Tuen Mun
Roles & responsibilities:
- Perform registration for clients;
- assist clients to enroll as members of the District Health Centres/Expresses;
- arrange and handle the appointments of Women Wellness Satellites (WWSs);
- liaise with service providers to arrange appointments for clients and follow up the reports;
- answer clients’ general enquiries;
- perform data entry, filing and other clerical duties;
- assist in maintaining the inventory of the office;
- assist in health education and promotion programmes;
- collect service fees from clients;
- provide support to meet the service target and key performance indicators of the WWSs;
- required to perform shift duty and work in different locations; and
- perform any other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
- (a) 5 passes in HKCEE including Chinese Language, English Language (Syllabus B) & Mathematics or equivalent plus at least 2 years of relevant experience; or
(b) completed F.5 plus at least 3 years of relevant experience; - good computer knowledge, proficient in both Chinese and English word-processing skills;
- good spoken English and Chinese; and
- preferably fluent in Putonghua.

Compensation & employment terms:
The successful candidate will be appointed on contract terms with a salary currently at $16,135 per month (Tung Wah Master Pay Scale Point 2). The salary is subject to downward/upward adjustment or may be frozen as determined by Tung Wah and/or as appropriate with reference to the civil service pay review. The fringe benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships.
