Location: Sheung Wan

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Responsible for payroll administration including updating of HRIS personnel records and processing of payroll transactions as well as improvement of the operations systems to ensure all relating cases being handled in timely, accurate and efficient manners and in strict compliance with corporate policies and the employment-related ordinances;
  • deliver executive support for the policy and administration matters including the review and management of the staff retirement schemes, option exercises of the MPF schemes and annual projects relating to provident fund administration to ensure a smooth operation of the staff retirement schemes and the compliance with the MPF Scheme Ordinance;
  • provide executive support to the secretarial office of the Staff Retirement Schemes Management Committee;
  • oversee the office administration such as budgets, annual plan, compilation of sectional returns for various call exercise; and
  • supervise a team of clerical staff and interns to deliver the HR results in high efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • A recognized degree or equivalent, preferably in human resources management/accounting;
  • Grade D or above in both English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in the HKCEE or equivalent;
  • preferably with 2 years of post-qualification administrative experience; and
  • preferably with knowledge and experience in payroll administration.

Compensation & employment terms:

The successful candidate will initially be offered a 3-year contract with a remuneration package which will be commensurate with his/her background and experience.  The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement.  Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
