Location: Sha Tin

Roles & responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating school-based and community-based training program, including administration, financial management and collaboration with other parties;
• develop training materials for students with Autism; and
• implement group training for students with Autism, parent support, teacher consultation, case intervention and community education, etc.

The ideal candidate should have/be:

• a recognized degree in social science field, preferably in psychology;
• at least 2 years’ experience in providing support service for students with special educational needs in school or community setting;
• good command of Chinese and English; and
• good computer literacy.

Compensation & employment terms:

The successful candidate will be appointed on contract terms with a salary currently at $25,115 per month (Tung Wah Master Pay Scale Point 9).  Entry salary depends on years of recognized experience.  The salary is subject to downward/upward adjustment or may be frozen as determined by Tung Wah and/or as appropriate with reference to the civil service pay review.  The fringe benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships.
