Tung Wah Group of Hospitals (TWGHs) and IP Yan to confirm in writing that the adoption of “Plastic Thing” in TWGHs’ flag design has no commercial promotion purpose for products of IP Yan and that TWGHs and IP Yan would not take the occasion of flag sale in public places to sell and/or promote commercial products, including but not limited to products of IP Yan and “Plastic Thing” adopted, during flag selling on flag day, and the promotion activities for flag sale in public places.
