As at 31 March 2024, TWGHs has altogether 25 Homes for the Elderly providing totally 3,369 residential care places, including 2,954 subsidized residential care places, which is 14.8% of Hong Kong subsidized residential care places for the elderly.

Jockey Club Rehabilitation Complex provides 1,669 places on diversified rehabilitation services, which is the largest scale rehabilitation services centre in Southeast Asia.
