1. Winners should contact the Fund-raising Division (Tel: 2859 7460) of TWGHs at 9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. on Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays) to register for prize redemption.
2. All prizes must be redeemed at the Fund-raising Division, 3/F, 12 Po Yan Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong by Monday, 27 April 2026. Please present your original winning Raffle Ticket or electronic Raffle Ticket together with the corresponding confirmation e-mail and ID card to verify the first 4 digits of ID card number registered upon purchase. Failure to provide the required proof, or any unclaimed prizes, will result in the prizes being used for charitable purposes.
3. All prizes are non-redeemable for cash.
