- Winners should contact the Fund-raising Division (Tel: 2859 7460) of TWGHs during 9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. on Monday to Friday (excepts Public Holidays) to register for prize redemption.
- All prizes must be redeemed at Fund-raising Division, 3/F, 12 Po Yan Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong by Thursday, 24 April 2025. Please present your original winning Raffle Ticket or electronic Raffle Ticket together with the corresponding confirmation e-mail and ID card to verify the first 4 digits of ID card number registered upon purchase. Failure to provide the required proof, or any unclaimed prizes, will result in the prizes being donated for charitable purposes.
- All prizes are not redeemable for cash.
