Tung Wah Group of Hospitals (TWGHs) set up its first social enterprise in 2002 to hire people with disabilities. Since then, we have been expanding our array of services to create more job opportunities for the suitable people. At the present moment, TWGHs operates over 20 social enterprises, of which over 30% job opportunities are created for people with disabilities. Some social enterprises even employ over 70% – 80% of people with disabilities.
