Administration Clerk (Customer Sevices)

Location: Central and Western District
Roles & responsibilities:
- Provide general clerical duties, including client registration, appointment booking, filing and related clerical work;
- provide customer service including answering general enquiries over the counter and telephone;
- assist in organizing various health promotion activities and self-help management programs and assist with the operation, service and administrative work; and
- perform any other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
- (a) 5 passes in HKCEE including Chinese Language, English Language (Syllabus B) & Mathematics or equivalent plus at least 2 years of relevant experience; or
(b) completed F.5 plus at least 3 years of relevant experience; - good computer knowledge, proficient in both Chinese and English word-processing skills;
- good spoken English and Chinese; and
- preferably fluent in Putonghua.

Compensation & employment terms:
The successful candidate will be appointed on contract terms with a salary currently at $16,135 per month (Tung Wah Master Pay Scale Point 2). The salary is subject to downward/upward adjustment or may be frozen as determined by Tung Wah and/or as appropriate with reference to the civil service pay review. The fringe benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships.
