Location : Sheung Wan
Roles & responsibilities:
- Provide executive support on human resources matters pertaining to payroll administration, work injury/occupational diseases cases, staff retirement schemes and other matters related to personnel services;
- conduct research and review exercises of human resources policies and make recommendations on change of human resources policies to meet the corporate objectives and service/operational needs;
- co-ordinate the planning and implementation of HR digitalization projects including the revamping of Human Resources Information System and enhancement of the Automatic Workflows Administration Platform;
- manage office administrative matters and compile returns for regular/annual exercise;
- supervise subordinates and provide guidance/advice for handling of daily operation matters and improvement of operational efficiency and effectiveness; and
- undertake ad hoc projects/tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
- A recognized degree or equivalent, preferably human resources management;
- at least Grade D in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in the HKCEE or equivalent;
- at least 2 years of relevant working experiences;
- well conversant with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related Ordinances, preferably with experiences in compensation and benefits area;
- preferably knowledge in developing and operating human resources information systems;
- possession of supervisory experience would be an advantage;
- proficiency in English and Chinese;
- good communication and interpersonal skills; and
- able to work independently with initiative and have strong sense of responsibility.

Compensation & employment terms:
The successful candidate will initially be offered a 3-year contract with a remuneration package which will be commensurate with his/her background and experience. The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
