Location: Sheung Wan

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of the learning kit for the series of training to the Principals/Vice Principals;
  • coordinate and provide logistic support for the training programmes to the Principals/Vice Principals;
  • provide executive support in promoting the Staff Relations Office such as design, video recording and editing;
  • provide administrative and clerical support for confidential data filing and maintain other duties related to record management for the School Staff Relations Office;
  • provide support in research for training programmes;
  • assist in the liaison work with external training expertise; and
  • perform any other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or equivalent;
  • preferably experience in design and/or project management;
  • good computer knowledge preferably in using AI and/or excel; and
  • good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Compensation & employment terms:

The successful candidate will initially be offered a 1-year contract with a remuneration package which will be commensurate with his/her background and experience.  The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement.  Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships.  The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
