Human Resources Executive Assistant (Personnel Services)

Location: Sheung Wan
Roles & responsibilities:
- Process payroll transactions including salary/allowance/leave payments and deductions, provident fund adjustment, long service payment/severance payment, annual increment adjustment, contract-end-discretionary payment as well as update the personnel records of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS);
- administer the work injury/occupational disease cases;
- provide administrative support for the operational matters of provident funds;
- process various applications of personnel functions including acting appointment, outside work/secondment, early retirement/extension of service and certificate of service;
- answer general enquiries relating to payroll, employees’ compensation and provident fund administration; and
- perform any other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
- (a) Higher Diploma/Associate degree preferably in Human Resources Management or Accounting; or
(b) 5 passes in HKCEE including English Language (Syllabus B), Chinese Language and Mathematics or equivalent plus at least 5 years’ clerical experience; - preferably experience in payroll management, work injury administration and handling HRIS;
- good computer knowledge of Microsoft Office; and
- proficient in both English and Chinese language.

Compensation & employment terms:
The successful candidate will initially be offered a 2-year contract with a remuneration package which will be commensurate with his/her background and experience. The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
