Project Officer

Location: Chai Wan/Lam Tin/Tuen Mun
Roles & responsibilities:
- Perform and manage the administrative duties of the Women Wellness Satellites (WWSs);
- ensure the operations and administrations of the WWSs comply with the policies and guidelines of the Group and the project;
- monitor the fund utilization of WWSs;
- perform duties on finance and human resources of WWSs;
- prepare papers, documents and statistics of WWSs;
- arrange maintenance of sites, furniture and equipment of WWSs;
- arrange the meetings and visits of WWSs;
- assist in organizing health education programmes of WWSs;
- assist in preparing the promotion and health education materials of WWSs;
- compile complaints and incident reports;
- collaborate and coordinate with the District Health Centres/Expresses and stakeholders for service provision and case management;
- provide support to meet the service target and key performance indicators of the WWSs;
- required to perform shift duty and work in different locations; and
- perform any other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
- a recognized degree or equivalent;
- at least Grade D in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in the HKCEE or equivalent;
- at least 2 years of post-qualification administration experience preferably in healthcare sector;
- proficient in English and Chinese including Putonghua; and
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & employment terms:
The successful candidate will be appointed on contract terms with a salary currently at $29,995 per month (Tung Wah Master Pay Scale Point 12). Entry salary depends on years of recognized experience. The salary is subject to downward/upward adjustment or may be frozen as determined by Tung Wah and/or as appropriate with reference to the civil service pay review. The fringe benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships.
