Delegation from the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in HKSAR Visited TWGHs
Led by the newly appointed Deputy Director Mr. TAN Tieniu and officials from the Department of Educational, Scientific and Technological Affairs, a delegation from the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the HKSAR was warmly received by Board Members of TWGHs on 24 January 2017.
Besides expressing gratitude to the Delegation on continuous support to TWGHs, Mrs. Katherine MA, the Chairman, introduced the history of TWGHs and the latest developments in TWGHs education services. Mr. TAN expressed that they would keep supporting TWGHs, particularly in enhancing teachers’ professional development, deepening the collaboration and exchange with the Mainland, as well as strengthening STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) education in schools.
