高级护理统筹主任

(REF: A3/SCC/TL/CWDHC/NET)

Location: Central & Western District

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chief Care Coordinator of the Central & Western District Health Centre (C&W DHC) to provide supervision and coaching for the care coordinators, and train the care coordinators as case manager in devising care programs for C&W DHC Members;
  • provide health assessment, screening, counselling, health education, and other nursing services in C&W DHC;
  • coordinate the care among multi-disciplines in C&W DHC and the C&W DHC Network Service Providers; and
  • perform any other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • a Certificate of Registration (Part I) issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong or equivalent;
  • a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong;
  • a bachelor degree in nursing / related discipline or higher, a master degree or post-graduate diploma in a clinical nursing specialty / nursing or related discipline / management together with recognized specialty training qualifications in the area of community healthcare, primary healthcare or equivalent preferred;
  • at least 10 years of post-registration experience in healthcare; and
  • good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.

Compensation & employment terms:

The successful candidate will be appointed on contract terms with a salary currently at $59,110 per month (Tung Wah Master Pay Scale Point 26) plus a specialty allowance currently at $2,000.  Entry salary depends on years of recognized experience.  The salary is subject to downward/upward adjustment or may be frozen as determined by Tung Wah and/or as appropriate with reference to the civil service pay review.  The fringe benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships.
