高级服务发展主任(教育心理服务)

Location: Sha Tin
Roles & responsibilities:
- Lead the management and development of the service projects, including oversee the administration and supervision of services;
- prepare funding application for the service projects;
- liaise with other parties to promote services;
- give professional advice and supervision to subordinates in regard to service implementation;
- give professional advice and support to the implementation of special or ad-hoc projects;
- undertake emergency duties and provide all necessary support after office hours;
- provide executive and secretarial support to the Superior when necessary; and
- perform any other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
- a recognized degree in Social Work or equivalent;
- Grade E or above in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in the HKCEE or equivalent;
- registered under the Social Workers Registration Ordinance (Cap.505) as Registered Social Worker;
- at least 8 years’ post-qualification experience in the rank of Assistant Social Work Officer/Social Worker I/Social Worker II/Assistant Planning Officer II/Educational Psychology Service Co-ordinator, or equivalent; and
- proficient in English and Chinese.

Compensation & employment terms:
The successful candidate will be appointed on contract terms with a salary currently at $82,330 per month (Tung Wah Master Pay Scale Point 34). Entry salary depends on years of recognized experience. The salary is subject to downward/upward adjustment or may be frozen as determined by Tung Wah and/or as appropriate with reference to the civil service pay review. The fringe benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships.
