高级人力资源经理

Roles & responsibilities:
- Plan and maximize manpower resources utilization and formulate corporate Human Resources (HR) strategies pertaining to recruitment, appointment, payroll, provident fund, work injury and leave administration, development of HR information systems as well as staff training & development;
- formulate and review existing personnel practices and staff welfare policies and strategic initiatives, including remuneration and benefits administration, salary grading, as well as planning and coordination of staff relations & welfare activities;
- oversee and manage staff recruitment, administration of staff training applications/sponsorships, as well as staff welfare benefits (such as dental treatment and merit awards), coordinate operational processes with internal and external parties, lead the planning of initiatives, conduct regular review and enforce HR policies/practices/systems to ensure compliance with the prevailing rules and regulations;
- plan, direct and coordinate all staff social and recreational activities with effective marketing strategies, event management skills, innovative concepts and creative visions;
- develop information technology strategies/systems for driving digitalization of HR management; and
- provide executive support to the consolidation of regular/annual corporate exercises, supervise teams in daily office administration and operations, and provide support to ad hoc projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
- a recognized degree or equivalent, preferably in human resources and training;
- at least 6 years post qualification experience in public administration work and institutional development, preferably at supervisory level in HR field and with knowledge on staff training and development, as well as experiences in event management and system development life cycle;
- strong leadership skills to guide, support and motivate subordinates;
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and
- high proficiency in written English and Chinese and spoken Putonghua.

Compensation & employment terms:
The successful candidate will initially be offered a 3-year contract with a remuneration package which will be commensurate with his/her background and experience. The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
